We had our kitchen replaced by Waterway Building and Renovations (WBR). I was anticipating dealing with builders and their subcontractors to be a painful experience, but Delvin and Sheena (of WBR) turned that on its head. They came highly recommended and delivered at every turn. Pre-work consultation was informative and clear. Delvin detailed issues and practicalities while Sheena provided useful advice in terms of material textures and palettes. Getting down to work; Delvin managed subcontractors with aplomb and addressed any of our concerns openly. We love our new kitchen – it looks great and has made a real improvement to how we use that area of the house. If you want easy interaction and quality work, I highly recommend Waterways Building and Renovations.

I hired Waterway to completely renovate my bathroom and the result was excellent! The entire renovation process was handled in a professional manner and the quality of work outstanding. Delvin supervised the works daily and was always available to discuss progress and answer queries. Sheena provided great advice on choosing tiles and bathroom fittings. I cannot fault Waterway and highly recommend them for bathroom renovations.
– Natalie Weissofner
This was the second bathroom renovation undertaken with Sheena and Delvin and again the outcome was outstanding. I ask a lot of questions and enjoy being part of the process but not once did Delvin show any sign of impatience. His attention to detail is second to none and he is a stickler for dust control during construction which is hugely important when remodelling an internal room. Also very open with financial management of the project. Highly recommended.
